SITE POLICIES

WELCOME again to Jewels of La Loba and thank you for exploring the site.  I hope you have fallen in love with each of the neckpieces you have seen! 

Below you will find our policies on Payment, Shipping, Returns and Refunds as well as some tips on caring for your jewelry.  My goal is to be sure you are happy with your purchase so, please, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like more details on something you've seen.  I also love doing custom pieces if there is something special you'd like me to create.

Payment
Paypal and Personal Checks.  I accept regular Paypal payments and Paypal e-checks although the latter will slightly delay shipment while I wait for the e-check to clear.  I also accept personal checks and the same applies - shipment will occur once the check has cleared my bank.  Please contact me for details via the form below if you wish to use a personal check.

Layaway. I am delighted to offer a 90-day Layaway plan and will hold an item for you during that period.  Upon final payment, the item will be immediately shipped to you.  Please contact me via the contact form below if you are interested.

Shipping
Within the United States.  Shipping charges, which include insurance and tracking, will be added to your purchase price.  I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 3 days of receiving payment.

International Shipping.  I use Priority shipping which includes insurance (up to $650.00) or Express shipping which includes insurance (over $650.00), both with tracking numbers.  Be sure to check your international custom fees and tax policies before choosing a shipping method.  First Class mail is also an option.

Returns and Refunds
Although I certainly hope a return won't be necessary, here are the details.  Returns must be postmarked no later than 5 days following your receipt and the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. new and unused.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.  Refunds will be issued immediately.

Custom orders are not refundable but I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new piece and I will do everything I can to make it so!  If a custom piece requires substantial re-working, additional charges may apply and I would discuss that with you before proceeding.  If good, clear communication occurs from the outset, however, situations like these can be avoided.

Care of Your Jewelry
Never submerge your jewelry in cleaning solutions.  Simply polish the metal surfaces by buffing with a treated silver cloth and buff the gemstones using a soft, non-abrasive cloth like a T-shirt.
